Michael Welsh CPA, CFP, MBA has been providing accounting services and comprehensive financial planning to Carrol County and surrounding areas since 1989.  Michael and his staff strive to provide their clients with a full range of efficient and accurate financial planning and accounting services. Michael prides himself for offering personalized service at a reasonable price. His clients includes small and medium size businesses that encompass every type of business sector ranging from a dance studio to a manufacturer of musical instruments.  Tax preparation and tax planning services are offered to business and non-business clients alike.

Welsh Financial & Accounting Services, LLC  also offers financial planning services. These services include comprehensive financial planning as well as specific event driven planning.  We offer fee-only services which means we do not sell financial products and we do not receive commissions from any financial institutions or other sources.  We also do not offer the advisory service asset under management where a fee is charged to the client for the managing of their investments.  This fee reduces the client's investments over time.  We will recommend suitable investments given the client's objectives, investment time horizon, tax situation and risk tolerance.  Fees are based either upon a hourly fee or a set fee for a particular plan.
